ARE APPOINTMENTS NECESSARY?

Yes! We are open by appointment only to offer brides unparalleled one-on-one service. We can’t wait to host you in our loft, just give us a little heads up so we can get it ready for you! You can book an appointment here. We do sometimes have last minute slots open, so give us a call if you’re in the neighborhood.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?

We get that shopping for a wedding dress is such a fun and exciting part of the engagement! But even during “normal times” we recommend only bringing a few trusted friends to your appointment. We allow groups of Bride +4 due to space and seating. We’ve seen so many brides, and you have to trust us on this one…keeping your group intimate is the best way to have a successful appointment! Much less stressful on you as the bride, and SO much easier for us to listen to your feedback and concerns.

WHICH DESIGNERS DO YOU CARRY?

We stock a range of gowns from designers such as NEWHITE, Chosen by Kyha, Alexandra Grecco, Alena Leena, Rue de Seine, Alyssa Kristin, Aesling, Truvelle, and Laudae. Gowns range in price from $2,000-$10,000, with the bulk priced between $3,500-$5,000. You can view our collections here.

HOW LONG WILL MY APPOINTMENT BE?

Your first appointment will be 90 minutes to allow your stylist to get to know you (unless you select our “A Little More Time” appointment) and get a feel for what you’re after before we try a range of gowns! If you leave your first appointment needing to “sleep on it”, you can schedule a second appointment that will be 60 minutes in length.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?

You’re welcome to bring any undergarments you think you’ll want to wear on the wedding day, and a pair of heels (if you’re planning to wear them) never hurts! Other than that, keep it simple. You’re beautiful just the way you are, so take it easy on the makeup so that we can keep our samples in pristine shape for brides to come!

WHAT SIZE SAMPLES DO YOU STOCK?

Our samples are mostly sized between bridal 6-12 but we have plenty of tricks up our sleeves to help you get a sense of how the gown will look when ordered in your size. We do have a selection of plus size samples- please feel free to reach out and we’ll let you know what’s available!

WHEN SHOULD I START SHOPPING? HOW LONG WILL MY MADE-TO-ORDER GOWN TAKE TO ARRIVE?

There’s no golden rule here, but we recommend saying yes anywhere from 10 months to a year before your wedding date. Our made-to-order gowns take between 5-9 months to arrive in store, and it’s always smart to leave time for alterations.

DO YOU OFFER ALTERATION SERVICES?

We do not, but will provide a list of seamstresses who can help to make sure that your dress fits like a glove. We are not affiliated with any seamstresses, and are not responsible for alterations scheduling, communications, etc. Alterations are not included in the price of your gown. Ultimately it’s up to the bride to decide who alters their dress.

DO YOU EVER HAVE SAMPLE SALES?

Yes! Once or twice a year we’ll have a sample sale to make room for new inventory (follow us on insta for the lowdown), but we also usually have a small selection of gowns available “off the rack” that are perfect for brides who wear a size 6, 8, or 10. Most are priced under $2,000.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT SHOULD I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL?

Since we are a small shop with a single fitting room, we do ask that you give us at least 72 hours notice for rescheduling or canceling your appointment. Any cancellations or appointments rescheduled within 72 hours of your appointment will forfeit your deposit. Thanks for understanding!
